Exclusive brand-new self-contained twin flats with breath-taking ocean and mountain views located in the municipality of Adeje. Each flat boasts a large bedroom with super-king size bed and purpose-built dressing area, a substantial modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a very spacious lounge with a comfortable sofa which turns into a restful double bed, and a fully fitted kitchen. The guests can enjoy the common amenities of the house such as the large heated and salted swimming pool, the solarium with fiberglass deck chairs, and a superb terrace that faces the ocean and is furnished with designer benches, chairs, tables and sun shades. Casantilvia is perfectly situated in a peaceful and secluded rural location overlooking the South-West coast of Tenerife from Costa Adeje to the cliff of Los Gigantes and the Teno Lighthouse, and facing the islands of El Hierro, Gomera and La Palma. And yet it is only a short drive from the vibrant and lively Playa de Las Americas with its open-air shopping paradise and bustling night life. The beautiful beaches of Playa San Juan, Alcalà, Playa del Duque, Los Gigantes, to name but a few, are only a 10 minute-drive away, as is the town of Adeje with shopping centers
Casantilvia was born from the dream of their owners: Antonio and Silvia. Antonio spent years travelling the world as a Commercial Diver and Silvia was a Welfare Officer. After many years of a very demanding jobs, they decided it was time to spend some time together (as all the more traditional married couple) and searched for the perfect place to retire. However haring been interacting with people all their lives they decided to find a place suitable to contain a small guest house as well as their residence. After one year of frantic searches they fell in love with this Property and this is the story behind Casantilvia. It is the result of love and passion and the continuous search for comfort, cosiness, informality and pleasure.
