If they solve the swimming pool issue, I'd give them 10 points if I could. Thank you for having me and thank you for fulfilling my every needs and expectations. Love you all there!

The 4-star Octant Furnas is located in São Miguel Island, in Vale das Furnas, site of the largest concentration of thermal waters in Europe. This was a great experience from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The pools in particular are amazing and we really appreciated that they are open 24h/day so we could have a late night swim under the stars.

I wish I remember all the names to thank them , but definitely Vivian ( the concierge) was very helpful and friendly. I would like to thank them all and everyone, it was a great experience and highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing. It exceeded our expectations a lot as it turned out to be an actual 5-star level with outstanding service, super helpful and professional staff, two really good restaurants, especially the sushi bar). Everything from furniture to food at breakfast is of great quality and up to the highest standards (and we are quite well-traveled and not easy to impress). But most importantly, the amazing Terra Nostra Garden with its thermal pools is exclusively reserved for hotel guests from 4:30 pm to 10:30 am. Which means you can calmly explore the garden with no crowds as if's was only yours. This was probably our favorite experience in the Azores. Will definitely return again.
