Second time staying at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. Professional reception gentleman who checked me in on May 7th, as well as restaurant team - always helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to see lovely Vanessa from the restaurant whom I met last year, such a warm and welcoming lady.
The hotel was immaculately clean, great facilities, great breakfast.
Only downside - pool changing room refurbishment ( couldn’t use the ramp instead of stairs with a baby pram) but that wasn’t a big issue in the end.
Looking forward to coming back to this hotel!
Situated 150 metres from Costa da Caparica beach, this hotel features air-conditioned rooms just a 15-minutes’ drive from the centre of Lisbon. The 24-hour reception staff can arrange car rentals.

It is strange that the reception staff insisted that I pay for my stay in advance before we checked into the room and before we even saw it if it was nice and comfortable, if it met our requirements. It's not right to pay for a service you haven't used yet. I did not know and was not informed that there was an option to refill the water bottle.

A beautiful place.
A beautiful place. We travelled by train to Lisabon and took a bolt taxi, because of our huge luggage. Otherwise, one can use the fairy from Belem to Trafaria station and then walk to the surf villa (20 min), but there are also various busses with stops near the villa. In Lisbon one can use metro and other public transportation and if there is no big luggage, you can go from A to B without problem including the fairy. Everything is possible.
For those who might wish to have a beautiful beach, visit Costa da Caparica. Mainly for surf students. Portuguese people are lovely, speak almost all English and you feel at home immediately.

Costa de Caparica has a beautiful long beach, and if you can it's better to walk to the more remote end, as it gets less crowded. As for the overall experience, after visiting the Algarve coast, it felt grey and boring in comparison. I think it's generally a good spot for people coming to learn surfing, and for Lisboans looking for a weekend break, but I would not choose it as my holiday destination, and 3 days felt way too long of a stay. Portugal is so beautiful, you can definitely find better places to enjoy nature and the ocean, than here.

The location was perfect. Close to beaches and restaurants in the main part of Caparica. Breakfast was included and it had lots of sweets and savoury, juices but horrible coffee. Staff were friendly at check in and always said hello when I came and went. Everything was super clean. Even though the hotel looks old, it was perfect for what I needed and it met my expectations after reading description and other reviews on booking.com
Great apartment. It has everything you need to live. Very comfy beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Brilliant terrace overlooking the ocean. Very close to a beautiful sandy beach. A great starting point for long walks on the beach as well as for exploring Lisbon. Great ladies housekeepers. Our plane was delayed 2 hours. They were waiting for us in the apartment at 3am with tea and croissants. Thank you very much. Muito obrigado.
For that price, I am highly satisfied with the stay since everything was clean, the rooms were confy and large enough for four people, many windows for fresh air, as well as a proper and simple breakfast. The close access to the beach is also a great bonus and closely located supermarkets about 10-15 min by foot. Additionally, the personal was extremely kind, helpful, and well organized. I would go again!
This place is only a five-minute walk to the beach, which is great: because it's a bit removed from the coast, it's a bit away from the commotion on the beach, which makes it nice and quiet. Rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities and the staff is extremely friendly. Great location within the Costa da Caparica, not far at all from fun stuff.
Wonderful location, clean apartment on the 11th floor overlooking the ocean. The pool is available from 9 am to 9 pm. The furniture is already a little old, but this does not spoil the overall impression. Сatarina is a friendly girl, she really helped me get out of an unpleasant situation. Thank you very much, Catarina! We liked Portugal!
After a long journey home, this hotel was a decent last stop. It's in the centre of Costa da Caparica with several restaurants nearby.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room, although the one we chose didn't have a spectacular view, the bed was comfortable and overall clean.
Very clean, staff speaks various languages. Very kind and courteous at the front desk. Super quiet hotel, good breakfast, very easy to move using the bus or Bolt(cheaper than a taxi). Markets, restaurants and the beach all within minutes walking, a true gem! highly recommend!
This hotel is close to the beach, there is an outdoor pool, a gym, sauna and jacuzzi. The breakfasts are included. Overall it is good value. It is actually easy to get to Lisbon city centre by getting the bus to Marquis de Pombal or Sete Rois.
The house has great location 3 mins from the beach. The facility is clean but have it needs updating… but for what we need it, it did the job fantastic.
When we go back to Portugal for sure we’ll stay here again. I can only recommend it.
Location is quite good. In the center, till the beach about 12 minutes walk.
Supermarket is very close.
As no one was checking in the day I was leaving , they let me keep my things in the room, thanks :)
We stay in one of the huts. It was very clean. You got everything you need within minimum needs.
Close to ferry to Lisbon. It was very foggy days so we didn’t enjoy the beach which walking distance.
it was a clean, nice room, the location was amazing. very close to a shop , town center . and the beach. very good trnsport possibilities to get to Almada, Lisbon and Belem.
very kind service -
Excellent location, close to beach, cafes and restaurants, shops. Also the bus terminal is 5 minutes away to catch the bus to Cacilhas for ferry to Lisbon.
Big apartment, renovated, easy to park in the street and for free, Uber ride to Lisbon city center was cheap, very close to the massive beaches of Caparica
